On the postcard from 1809, we can see the Adria villa (in the foreground) that does not exist now, and behind it, there is the so called old coffee house. On the left-hand side, there is the original appearance of the Csáky´s house (today´s Tatra) that lost its 1 st floor during fire in 1980. [...]

The huntsman´s cottage of count Štefan Csáky became the basis for the health resort settlement in 1793. Cold hydrotherapy wes established here by tenant Ján Rainer in 1839 as the first one in the Hungarian Lands. Today, the settlement is of the recreational nature. A grocery is now in the former spa house from 1903.
